Yamaha FX Nytro Turbo Kits

The Summer Sale price is good until August 1^st, 2010.  Delivery & full payment must be made by November 1^st, 2010.  $500 refundable deposit required.  $100 further discount if paid in full at time of order.

The Stage 2 HE kit is for high elevations.  This kit is designed to run 6 lbs of boost below 5,000 foot elevation, then can be adjusted to 8 lbs of boost for 5,000 foot elevation and above 8,000 foot elevation 10 lbs of boost on 91 octane pump fuel.

There are now two types of heat shielding to be sure there are no heat related problems on our mid mount turbo kits.  New for 2010 Ulmer Racing
now has a three part heat blanket that goes on the header manifold, turbine housing, and down pipe manifold.  Also included in the kit is a ceramic
coated steel block off plate for the stock exhaust holes that are no longer used and a ceramic coated heat shield for between the turbo and fuel tank
 as well.

                                                        Ulmer Racing turbo kits also include a new 8.5 gallon fuel tank available in clear or black!

                                                        Ulmer Racing has the Yamaha aftermarket industry first and only turbo exhaust header and down pipe
                                                         made from cast ductile iron.  Any fly by night shop can weld a few tubes together and call it a header, but
                                                        it is not if it will break, it's when will it break with those systems.  Ulmer Racing has gone the extra mile and
                                                        had a cast ductile iron header and down pipe made that will make our header and down pipe system maintenance free and allow you
                                                        to be out riding instead of wrenching!  The header and down pipe were designed with the structural integrity to withstand over 10 g's of
                                                        force!  There is a lifetime warranty on the exhaust header and down pipe!  Another industry first! 

The Stage 3 kit includes a Garrett GT2860RS turbo which is modified by Ulmer Racing to fit into our mounting location.  This kit is designed
for the serious mountain rider or serious lake & trail rider where maximum boost with good fuel is important!
