Shipping Policy:  Ulmer Racing recommends that you do not rush the installation of any of our products.  We understand that snowmobile season is limited and that time is of the essence.  You should always allow plenty of time for installation and product delivery.  We will not over night or rush ship any item without additional charges.  Most orders are shipped the same day or the next day for all in stock items.  Most items are in stock.  All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail unless you specify otherwise.  Shipping cutoff for orders is 3:30 PM.  No order may be shipped after that time and will typically be shipped the following business day.  All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  No exceptions.  Any orders that include a mix of in stock and backordered items will not be shipped until all items are in stock unless asked to do otherwise.  We ship worldwide.  Please contact us if you want a worldwide shipping quote.  A restocking fee of 20% or $20 (whichever is larger) in addition to the shipping and handling charges will be applied to any package(s) returned.

Methods of Payment:  We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), money orders, and paypal.  We do no accept cash.  If you are wanting to pay with paypal please obtain a total quote with shipping before paying.  Also please fill in all parts ordered when using paypal.
