X Wheel Kit :

• Excell Motorsports has designed a new 135.8mm idler "X" wheel for Yamaha Snowmobiles that will replace the stock (or Yamaha Accessory) 129.37mm wheels on all 2006 to 2011 Apex, Vector, FX Nytro, and Phazer models. Excell Motorsports has tested the 135.8mm wheel for over 2 years with major benefits in slider wear and longevity. The "X" Wheel is solid with no holes to help combat freezing of the wheel in place. It is also a direct bolt on replacment with no need for longer bolts or machining of the mount to make it fit. It is a direct replacement wheel for inside or outside the rail. The "X" wheel comes with the replaceable 6005 NTN bearing.

Clutch Center-to-Center and Offset Tool

• Center to center and offset all in one.  These easy to use and cost effective tools set the standard for the industry.  The tool design slips over the fixed sheave of the primary and allows hands free operation for checking offset.  The center to center can be checked with the primary clutch on the machine or removed.  Incorrect center to center distance or improper secondary offset is often a major cause of poor clutch performance and greatly reduced belt life.  This two-in-one tool is by far the easiest to use and will save you time and frustration when setting up these important measurements.

FX Nytro/Phazer  Upgraded Lower Ball Joint Kit:

• Produced by North Coast Innovations and distributed by Ulmer Racing!

• This kit is designed to utilize the stock ball joint "ball" after removing the outer race of the OEM part.

• These bronze rings will replace the outer ring in function and add extended wear ability to the joint at a fraction of the cost of new OEM ball joints.

• CNC machined for high quality precise parts!

• Simply remove your lower ball joint from the a-arm and using a socket and a vice press the outer ring off the OEM ball.

• The kit includes shims with it that may be used between the bottom ring and the c-clip.  Due to manufacturing variations of the OEM a-arm the c-clip groove depth varies enough that some installers have  a difficult time re-inserting the c-clip and others can add a 0.020" shim to keep it tight.  In each kit is a shim pack of 0.005", 0.010", and 0.020" thickness.

  4 brass rings (2 per spindle required) and 1 shim pack
